If you have any queries before placing your order please contact us. These terms & conditions can be updated without notice to our customers.


You are responsible for the proof reading of all text and copy in the electronic pdf proofs supplied throughout the design process. Eliza May Prints will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes. We strongly recommend that you print the pdf in order to view it to the correct size. We will not begin print production until we have received written sign off from you referencing the correct proof to proceed with. When your final proof is approved you accept responsibility for any errors. If mistakes are discovered after final printing, we will charge for any reprinting. We will provide up to three rounds of digital proofs, this includes a final proof for sign off before print. Any extra rounds will incur a fee of £20.00 per proof. Any amendments required must be submitted via email.


Samples are available online. Samples at this stage are not personalised with your details.


Once your order has been confirmed, and full payment has been cleared, Eliza May Prints will contact you within 1 working day with a Wedding Stationery Customisation Form for you to complete with your details. Once the form has been returned to Eliza May Prints, a PDF proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to your email address within 3 working days. Once the final proof has been approved for production, your finished stationery will be printed and hand-finished. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Your stationery may be produced sooner than this but it cannot be guaranteed. These timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances but Eliza May Prints will keep you updated throughout the process.

Printing Variations

Please note that samples and digital proofs may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Press set-up, dies, ink and cardstock can all result in small variations. Minor differences in colour, texture, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or a refund.


Deliveries will be sent to your invoice address, unless we are informed of a different delivery address at the time of ordering for which there is a section on our Wedding Stationery Customisation Form which you will receive on placement of an order. Please note that all deliveries will need to be signed for upon receipt, therefore, you may wish to have your order sent to a work address or parent’s address.

Wedding stationery orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery as standard. Larger or heavier items will be sent via DPD courier. Eliza May Prints is not responsible for damage to your stationery after it leaves our design studio. This includes damage during delivery and subsequent posting to guests. We do ship goods internationally but this does incur extra costs, this will be agreed in writing. Please note that goods posted outside the UK may be subject to local custom charges. Eliza May Prints accepts no responsibility for delays in shipping or duty charges.


The prices of goods are listed on our website in UK Pound. All prices include VAT. Eliza May Prints reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Quotes remain valid for a period of 2 months from the date on the quote and shall not be affected by any price increases during this period.


Methods of payment accepted are bank transfer, PayPal and payments made directly through the website. When making an online payment using a Credit or Debit card, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used belongs to you. Eliza May Prints reserves the right to decline any query or order at their discretion.

We cannot book design or production until we have received the full payment for your order. If there are any adjustments to your original order such as changes to the quantities required, you will be invoiced additionally. If numbers change and supplies have already been ordered by us, then you will not be refunded for the extra supplies.

Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of a wedding stationery order being cancelled prior to printing it will be charged at 50% of the order value. Wedding stationery orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund after final proofs have been approved. In the unlikely event of the order being cancelled by Eliza May Prints then you will be given a full refund.  Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us by email within 3 days of receipt and we will require you to return any or all damaged/faulty goods packed securely so as to avoid any damage likely to be incurred during transportation. If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Eliza May Prints, a replacement / refund will be issued. Eliza May Prints will only offer a refund on the items that are damaged/faulty.

Copyright and Data Protection

Eliza May Prints will not share your personal details with any third party and will not send you any marketing material. We reserve the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services on our website and social media platforms.

All designs are the copyright and property of Eliza May Prints. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way, whether for business or personal use. Any infringement of copyright of our designs shall be pursued and will result in legal action. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyright material that features in the stationery, such as hymns, poems or quotes.
