Returns and Refunds

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, sooner if possible and  let us know the reason why you would like to return your item{s}. To be eligible for a return, the item{s} must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be declined.

To request a return you must first get in contact with the shop.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method; lost returns cannot be refunded.

Returning Wedding Stationery Samples and Greetings Cards

If you are unhappy with your sample, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:

  • the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
  • the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition

Custom Wedding Stationery Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our Wedding Stationery we're unable to offer refunds once your first digital proof has been designed. As full custom orders go through a design process with customer approval along the way we cannot offer returns or refunds on these items. The customer will have the final approval before the design is printed and made and so we cannot take responsibility for any mistakes on the design. 

However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our very best to resolve the situation for you!
