Can I order a sample before I order?
Of course. Simply order a sample here.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Due to the bespoke customisation of our invitations, there is a minimum order quantity of 30 invitations per item. If you need less than 30 invitations, please get in touch as we will try our best to help you, however this may incur an increase in our standard prices.

What information do you need to get started?
Once you have placed your order, you will be sent a Wedding Stationery Customisation form via email which will ask for all the necessary information required, there will also be space to provide any extra information you may wish to add.

When will we receive our digital PDF Proofs?
You will receive your first digital proof within 3 working days of ordering. Once you have confirmed that it is to your satisfaction and that there are no errors in the information, your invitations will be printed and hand-finished.

Can we make edits? When is it too late to change something?
We offer as many digital proofs as required to ensure you are 100% happy with your stationery. We will not print them until any last changes have been made. Once all items have been sent to print, it won’t be possible to make any more design changes. 

How long will it take to receive my invitations?
On average, invitations should be delivered to you within approximately 3 weeks of ordering. However, this does depend on a number of factors, such as how many proof amendments are required and how long it takes to respond to email communication.

How will my invitations be delivered?
Invitations are delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for as standard postage (you can upgrade for an extra cost) to the address given on the initial order form, unless you inform us of an alternative address. You will be updated via email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking reference (if applicable).

Can I change the colour of the envelopes?
Yes. Recycled Kraft envelopes are included with all invitations, RSVP Cards and Save the Date Cards as standard. Some collections offer another alternative colour choice too. If you wanted to upgrade your envelopes to a different colour/texture this is possible but please get in touch to discuss as this may a small extra charge.
