Please note this sign is printed using gold digital ink. It is not printed using metallic foil.

How it works

Once you have completed your purchase we will get in touch to request your wedding details and a list of guests names and corresponding table names or numbers. From this, our design team will create a digital proof for you. This won't be finalised for printing until you're 100% happy with the final design.

    How to place your order

    1. Please read our terms and conditions.

    2. Select the size and quantity required and add to cart. If you would like to purchase other on the day items, such as a table plan or menu cards you may keep adding these items to your cart until you're happy with your final order. 

    3. Once you have placed your order, a wedding stationery customisation form will be sent to your email address for you to complete and return. This is where you select your printing colour choices and fill in all of your details and required stationery wording. 

    4. Once the completed form has been returned, you will receive a digital PDF proof within 3 working days. We will provide up to three rounds of digital proofs, which includes a final proof for sign off before print. Any extra rounds of proofs will incur a fee of £20.00 per proof which is invoiced separately if required.

    5. Once all the revisions are done and you're happy with final design, we will send you a final digital proof along with a proof agreement form for you to sign giving us approval for your stationery to go to production. 

    6. Production can take up to 3 weeks for digitally printed items. If your order includes other embellishments this may take longer. 

    7. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Mail or DPD courier depending on the parcel weight. Please note that the shipping cost is included in your order.


     

    Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, sooner if possible and  let us know the reason why you would like to return your item{s}. To be eligible for a return, the item{s} must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be declined.

    To request a return you must first get in contact with the shop.

    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method; lost returns cannot be refunded.

    Returning Wedding Stationery Samples and Greetings Cards

    If you are unhappy with your sample, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:

    • the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
    • the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition

    Custom Wedding Stationery Orders

    Due to the personalised nature of our Wedding Stationery we're unable to offer refunds once your first digital proof has been designed. As full custom orders go through a design process with customer approval along the way we cannot offer returns or refunds on these items. The customer will have the final approval before the design is printed and made and so we cannot take responsibility for any mistakes on the design. 

    However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our very best to resolve the situation for you!
